Got a B-Lock, pretty cool

So, I finally caved and bought one of those B-Lock puzzles from Puzzlocks. Heard about them from a friend. The website was easy enough to navigate, didn't get lost trying to find what I wanted. Ordered it on a Tuesday, and it showed up by Saturday, which was faster than I thought it'd be. Packaging was simple but effective, everything was safe. The puzzle itself is tricky, in a good way. Spent a few hours on it already. Overall, a solid experience. Might get another one eventually.

Consistent quality, fast shipping

I've ordered from Puzzlocks several times now, and they're always reliable. This time I got an intermediate level lock puzzle, and it arrived in perfect condition just like my previous orders. The shipping was quick, took about 4 days to get to my place in California. Their puzzles are consistently well-made, and I appreciate that. I keep coming back because I know exactly what to expect, and they deliver every time. No surprises, just good quality stuff.

what if I open it and can't figure it out at all? can you return a puzzle once it's been opened?

N Nick D. 2 months ago
Pretty sure once it's opened, it's yours. It's a puzzle, part of the fun is figuring it out lol.

Yeah, I don't think they take returns on opened puzzles. How would they even know if you 'solved' it or not then? Just keep at it, sometimes it takes a while!

Thinking of getting one of these, but I'm in New York. How long does shipping usually take to the US?

W Wendy Carter 2 months ago
Mine took about 1.5-2 weeks to get to California, if that helps. Seems pretty standard for international stuff.

Yeah, I ordered the B-Lock last month, got it to Florida in like 10 days. Not super fast but not bad for coming from overseas.

Are these puzzles actually handmade? Or is that just marketing speak for like, assembled in a factory?

P Paula 2 months ago
Afaik, Dan Feldman and Boaz Feldman are the actual designers and makers. They're like, known in the puzzle community for their work. So yeah, pretty much handmade.

I think they're hand-assembled and designed by those two guys, so it's not a mass-produced thing like some other brands. The quality definitely feels custom.

Can I stack the newsletter signup discount with a holiday sale code? Wanna save as much as possible for my first order.

G Gwen Carter 2 months ago
Nah, pretty sure you can only use one coupon at a time. Most places are like that.

I tried that during their Black Friday sale, didn't work. The system only let me apply one discount code. Usually, those first-order deals are separate from other promos.

I'm torn between getting a Puzzlock or something from PuzzleMaster. Are Puzzlocks really worth the higher price tag?

M Mike T. 2 months ago
Puzzlocks are definitely more on the collector/art piece side. If you want something super unique and challenging, Puzzlocks are incredible. PuzzleMaster has a ton of variety, but Puzzlocks are like, a step up in terms of engineering and craftsmanship.

Totally depends on what you're looking for. Puzzlocks are usually tougher, more intricate, and feel super high quality. If you're into sequential discovery and really want to spend time on one puzzle, go Puzzlocks. For more casual stuff, PuzzleMaster is fine.
